This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for ReportMint subscriptions.
ReportMint is a B2B SaaS product operated under the Prezentar domain that helps marketers, freelancers, consultants, and small agencies create client-ready marketing reports from marketing metrics, campaign notes, and client updates.
1. Billing through Paddle
ReportMint subscriptions are billed through Paddle.
Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through ReportMint checkout. This means Paddle may process payments, collect applicable taxes, issue invoices or receipts, handle payment-related support, and process approved refunds.
Paddle may appear on your bank, card, or payment statement.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at reportmint@prezentar.app.
Where available, you may also request payment or order support through Paddle’s buyer support channels.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
- The email address used for the order
- Your transaction, invoice, or order ID if available
- Purchase date
- Subscription plan
- Reason for the refund request
We may ask for additional information if needed to locate the transaction or assess the request.
3. Initial subscription purchases
Initial subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to this policy, usage, abuse prevention, and applicable consumer law.
Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as when the request was made, whether the subscription has been used, the nature of the product, the reason for the request, whether there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse, and any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
We aim to treat refund requests fairly and reasonably.
4. Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law, there was a billing error, there was an accidental duplicate charge, or we determine that a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.
You can cancel anytime to avoid future renewal charges.
Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges.
5. Cancellation and access
You can cancel your ReportMint subscription at any time.
After cancellation, you will usually keep access until the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by law or unless your account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
If a refund is approved, your access may be downgraded, suspended, or ended.
6. Abuse prevention
ReportMint may decline refund requests where there is clear evidence of repeated refund requests, excessive product usage followed by a refund request, violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, misuse of the service, or attempts to obtain free extended access.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
7. How approved refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method through Paddle where possible.
Refund timing may depend on Paddle’s processing time, the original payment method, your bank, card provider, or payment provider, currency and tax handling, and any additional review required.
We cannot guarantee exactly when funds will appear in your account after a refund is approved.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at reportmint@prezentar.app. We will try to help resolve the issue quickly.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, Paddle may manage the chargeback process as part of its role in the transaction. Your ReportMint account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Consumer rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If applicable law gives you rights that cannot be excluded or limited, those rights continue to apply.
