1. Acceptance of terms
By using ReportMint, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
If you are using ReportMint on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ReportMint.
2. Description of ReportMint
ReportMint is marketing reporting and productivity software.
It helps users turn marketing metrics, campaign notes, and client updates into structured, polished reports. Reports may include executive summaries, performance changes, campaign analysis, wins, risks or areas needing attention, next steps, and client-ready recommendations.
ReportMint is not a generic AI writing product. It is a focused reporting workflow designed for marketers, freelancers, consultants, and agencies.
ReportMint helps draft and structure reports. It does not replace your professional judgment, marketing expertise, or responsibility to check accuracy before sharing reports with clients.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ReportMint.
ReportMint is intended for business and professional use. You may not use ReportMint if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.
4. Accounts and security
To use ReportMint, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, not share your account with unauthorized users, notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, and be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
5. Subscriptions and billing
ReportMint is offered as a paid subscription service.
Current plans include:
- Starter: £19/month
- Agency: £49/month
Plan features, limits, and pricing may be shown on the ReportMint website or checkout page.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan you choose, unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
6. Paddle as Merchant of Record
ReportMint uses Paddle for checkout, subscription billing, payment processing, tax handling, invoice support, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, and related payment operations.
Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through ReportMint checkout. This means Paddle may be the seller of record for your transaction and may appear on your bank, card, or payment statement.
Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, checkout terms, privacy policies, and refund processes.
ReportMint does not store full payment card numbers. Payment details are handled by Paddle and its payment partners.
7. Pricing, taxes, and currency
Prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing location, tax status, and applicable law.
Prices may change in the future. If pricing changes affect your subscription, we or Paddle will provide notice where required.
8. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your payment method may be charged at the beginning of each billing period. If payment fails, your access may be limited, suspended, or cancelled.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, you will normally keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.
To cancel, use the available account or billing settings, Paddle’s buyer support tools where available, or contact reportmint@prezentar.app.
